Planet in house

Rahu in the 3rd house of effort, siblings and courage is one of the few node placements on which BPHS, Saravali, the Bhrigu Sutras and a modern casebook agree. Here is what each actually says, the conditions they attach, the sub-period rules, and how this app reads it.

For most placements of Rahu the books this app draws on disagree. The 3rd house is the exception. BPHS, Saravali, the Bhrigu Sutras with the authorities it quotes, and a modern casebook all read Rahu well here, each with its own condition attached. This page sets out what each actually says, where the conditions differ, what the sub-period chapters of BPHS add, and why this app's own line for the placement is nonetheless the testing one. For the node in general see Rahu in Vedic astrology; for the house, the 3rd house (Sahaja Bhava).

Where these citations come from

Every classical line below was checked against the corpus texts this app uses: BPHS (English translation), Saravali, the Bhrigu Sutras, S. S. Chatterjee's Advanced Predictive Astrology Vol. II and Rama R. Rao's Jyotisha Siddhanta Sara. Phaladeepika and Chamatkar Chintamani are not in the corpus; their lines are cited as the Bhrigu Sutras quote them. Chapter, sloka or sutra and page are given in the text, and the full list is in the source file's header.

The house Rahu occupies here

BPHS Ch. 11 Sl. 4 lists what is known from the 3rd house: valour, servants and attendants, brothers and sisters, initiatory instruction (Upadesh), journeys, and a parent's death. Later commentary adds communication, short travel and the hands. Jyotisha Siddhanta Sara (pp. 116-117) gives Parashara's house groupings: the 3rd is an apoklima (with the 6th, 9th and 12th) and an upachaya, a house of growth (with the 6th, 10th and 11th). It is neither a kendra nor a trikona, and it is not one of the three trika houses.

Those labels decide most of what follows. Natural malefics are favoured in the upachayas, and the nodes are among the malefics (BPHS Ch. 3 Sl. 11). BPHS Ch. 14, the chapter on the 3rd house, opens with the general test: if the 3rd is joined or aspected by a benefic, the person has co-born and is courageous (Sl. 1); if the 3rd lord with Mars aspects the 3rd, or both sit in it, the house gives good results (Sl. 2). Rahu is not named in those two slokas. Ch. 11 Sl. 14-16 give the same rule for every house: a bhava prospers when a benefic joins or aspects it, and suffers when its lord does not aspect it or is with a malefic.

BPHS Ch. 34 Sl. 16 then governs the node itself: Rahu gives the results of the bhava lord it joins or of the bhava it occupies. Jyotisha Siddhanta Sara (p. 142, rule 10) states the same in its own words: because the nodes own no houses, they give results by position, association and the ruler of the house they occupy. Even in a good house, Rahu speaks for whoever is with it.

The Bhrigu sutra for the 3rd, which Rahu shares with Ketu

The Bhrigu Sutras treat the nodes in Part II Ch. 8. Its translator opens with a note: the author gives the same effects for Rahu and Ketu in each house, presumably because the two are always seventh to each other, while "the other authorities" give separate effects. So the sutra below is not Rahu's alone. It is said of whichever node is in the 3rd, and the Ketu page carries the same words.

Sutras 7-8 (p. 110) have two parts. First, the person has abundance of oil seeds of the mustard and sesame kind. Second, if the node is associated with a benefic, there will be a mark on the neck. That is the whole of it: no sibling line, no courage line, nothing about wealth beyond the seed crop. It is one of the shortest blocks in the chapter, and one of the few with no harsh clause.

The mark on the neck is a body association, not a prediction about health. It sits well with a modern body map in Chatterjee's Advanced Predictive Astrology Vol. II (p. 214), which assigns the neck to Rahu, Mars and the 3rd house, the voice and throat to the 3rd, and the right hand to the 3rd house and Rahu. Two sources a long way apart put Rahu, the 3rd and the neck together. This is a classical association only, and not medical advice.

The other authorities: Rahu's own lines

Authority, as quoted in the Bhrigu Sutras (p. 110)Rahu in the 3rdKetu in the 3rd, for contrast
Bhrigu Sutras, Sutras 7-8 (shared)Abundant oil seeds; a mark on the neck if with a beneficThe same sutra
PhaladeepikaRespected; on bad terms with his brothers; wealthy, long lived and determinedWealthy, powerful, long lived and reputed; enjoys his wife's company; abundant farm produce; loss of brothers
Chamatkar ChintamaniVery courageousEnemies vanquished; controversies; great prosperity; no friends
Bhrigu Sutras Part II Ch. 8, Sutras 7-8 and Other Views, bhrigu-sutras.txt lines 4373-4385. Paraphrased, with every clause kept.

Phaladeepika's line for Rahu has five clauses, and four of them are favourable: respect, wealth, long life and determination. The fifth is friction with brothers. Since the 3rd is the house of brothers and sisters, that one clause is exactly where the house and the node meet, and it is the only point at which any source here turns Rahu against a 3rd-house matter. Chamatkar Chintamani gives Rahu a single word-picture, great courage, which is the 3rd house's first signification in BPHS (valour). Read together, the two authorities give Rahu the house's strength and qualify only its sibling side.

The Ketu column is there to show that the "other authorities" really do separate the nodes. Ketu's lines are longer and carry their own sour notes (loss of brothers, controversies, no friends). None of them is Rahu's, and this page does not borrow from them. The Bhrigu Sutras' 1st-house Other Views also records that Brihat Jataka and Saravali did not deal with the nodes house by house, which is why no line from either appears in this table.

Saravali: one line, and a silence

Saravali Ch. 30, the chapter on the planets in the bhavas, has no verse for Rahu or Ketu in any house; checked through the whole chapter. That silence should not be filled with a guess. Saravali does mention this placement once, elsewhere: Ch. 12, on evils cancelled at birth, Sl. 3-5, says that if Rahu is in the 3rd, 6th or 11th from the Ascendant and aspected by benefics, all evils are destroyed, and gives the simile of wind carrying off a heap of cotton.

Two details of that line matter. It is a cancellation rule: its job is to say that the harmful indications listed for a birth are neutralised, not to describe a person or promise gains. And it has a condition, the benefic aspect. Rahu in the 3rd with no benefic aspect is outside it. The same chapter (Sl. 10-11) gives a second Rahu rule, for Rahu in an Aries, Taurus or Cancer Ascendant, which has nothing to do with the 3rd.

BPHS on the Mahadasha of a 3rd-house Rahu

BPHS reaches the 3rd from three directions in its Dasha chapters, and all three are favourable, though not all unconditionally.

  1. Ch. 47 Sl. 34-39 first set out Rahu's dignities (exalted in Taurus, moolatrikona Gemini, own sign Aquarius, with "some sages" giving Virgo), then list the good Dasha conditions. If Rahu is associated with or aspected by benefics, is in a benefic sign, and is in the 1st, 4th, 7th, 10th, 11th or 3rd (Tanu, Bandhu, Yuvati, Karm, Labh or Sahaj), the Dasha brings comforts through the government's favour, wealth through a foreign government or sovereign, and felicity at home. The 3rd is named, but all three conditions are attached.
  2. Ch. 48 Sl. 2-4 give "unfavourable effects" for the Dasha of the 3rd lord, and Sl. 18-20 extend that to the Dashas of grahas placed in the 3rd, 6th and 11th and of grahas joined to them. The translation then closes the passage with a bracket: Rahu and Ketu give favourable results in Sahaj, Ari and Labh. The node is the one occupant of the 3rd for which the house works for the Dasha rather than against it.
  3. Ch. 47 Sl. 40-43 name the 8th and 12th as Rahu's troubled houses, and Ch. 44 Sl. 22-24 list the 6th, 8th and 12th as houses where Rahu gives difficulty in its Dasha unless a benefic joins or aspects it. The 3rd is in neither list. Ch. 44 also names the nodes as Marakas in the 1st, 7th, 8th or 12th; the 3rd is not among those either. (This app does not compute life-span, and the label is mentioned only to show where the 3rd stands.)

Ch. 47 Sl. 3-4 then time the Dasha: a graha in the first third of its sign gives its results at the start, the middle third in the middle, the last third at the end, and the order reverses for a retrograde graha. "The Dasha effects of Rahu and Ketu, who are always retrograde, will always be realized in the reverse order." A Rahu in the last ten degrees of the 3rd sign therefore delivers early, one in the first ten late.

So the Mahadasha picture in BPHS is: the 3rd is a named good house, the Ch. 48 bracket protects it from the upachaya penalty, and no "difficult house" list includes it. The only gate is the benefic association that Ch. 47 asks for.

Rahu's sub-periods when Rahu is in the 3rd

The Antar Dasha chapters (Ch. 52-60) give a rule for Rahu's sub-period inside every Mahadasha. Some name the 3rd as a bare house number counted from the Lagna; others count from the Mahadasha lord, or use only kendras and trikonas. The table lists what each says that touches a 3rd-house Rahu. The texts also prescribe remedial measures for the bad cases, which this app does not prescribe.

Mahadasha (BPHS chapter, slokas)Does the rule reach the 3rd?What it says
Sun (Ch. 52 Sl. 23-31)Yes, as an upachaya from the LagnaRecognition from the king, good fortune, fame, a son, family happiness, though with some distress to wife and children

Mars (Ch. 54 Sl. 9-14)NoThe good list is moolatrikona, exaltation, a kendra, the 11th, 5th or 9th, with benefics

Jupiter (Ch. 56 Sl. 72-80)NoGood in exaltation, own sign, moolatrikona, kendra or trikona, or with a benefic or kendra lord's aspect
Saturn (Ch. 57 Sl. 63-70)Only if the 3rd sign qualifiesGood at the start in a kendra or the 11th; opulence if Rahu is in Aries, Virgo, Cancer, Taurus, Pisces or Sagittarius
Mercury (Ch. 58 Sl. 47-53)Yes, by name (Sahaj)A meeting or conversation with the king if Rahu is in the 3rd, 8th, 10th or 11th; with a benefic, a visit to a new king
Ketu (Ch. 59 Sl. 45-50)Yes, by name (Sahaj)Increase of wealth, grain, cattle and land, after some trouble at the start, if Rahu is in the 11th, 3rd or 2nd among other good positions
Venus (Ch. 60 Sl. 36-41)Yes, by name (Sahaj)Enjoyments, destruction of enemies and the king's favour, good for about five months from the start, with fevers and indigestion named at the end
BPHS Ch. 52-60, bphs.txt lines 6060-7678. The 3rd as counted from the Lagna. The adverse cases (8th or 12th from the Mahadasha lord, Rahu in the 2nd or 7th, Rahu with malefics) apply to a 3rd-house Rahu only when their own condition is met.

Six of the nine chapters reach a 3rd-house Rahu, and every one that does reads it well. Five name the 3rd directly; the Sun chapter reaches it through the upachaya label. The Rahu-Rahu rule is the one most often quoted without its condition: the 3rd alone is not enough, and the sign must be Cancer, Scorpio, Virgo or Sagittarius. For a Lagna whose 3rd sign is none of those, that sloka does not apply.

Every chapter also carries a counter-rule counted from the Mahadasha lord: Rahu in the 8th or 12th from it is adverse. A 3rd-house Rahu can sit 8th or 12th from a particular Mahadasha lord, so the house from the Lagna and the house from the Dasha lord have to be read together.

The dates and sub-periods for your own chart are in the Vimshottari Dasha calculator, and the period is set out sub-period by sub-period on the Rahu Mahadasha page.

The 3rd sign, Lagna by Lagna

Several of these conditions depend on the sign Rahu is in, and in whole-sign houses the 3rd sign is fixed by the rising sign. The table puts the sign conditions from the texts against each Lagna. The dignity schemes disagree with each other, so the source is named in every cell; this app applies none of them.

Two Lagnas stand out. For Pisces rising, Rahu in the 3rd is in Taurus, its exaltation sign in BPHS, Uttara Kalamrita and Jyotisha Siddhanta Sara alike, and the sign is named in two sub-period rules. For Cancer rising, Rahu is in Virgo, an own sign in one scheme and named in three sub-period rules. At the other end, Virgo and Libra rising put Rahu in a sign at least one scheme calls its debility. These are text conditions, not the app's scoring.

Where the sources agree, and where they do not

Put side by side, the lines point the same way, which is unusual for Rahu: the Bhrigu sutra (oil seeds), Phaladeepika (respect, wealth, determination), Chamatkar Chintamani (courage), Saravali Ch. 12 (evils cancelled), BPHS Ch. 47 and 48 (a good Dasha) and six sub-period rules. Three details keep the agreement honest.

  • The conditions differ. Saravali wants a benefic aspect; BPHS Ch. 47 wants benefic association and a benefic sign; Ch. 55 Sl. 1-4 want one of four signs. Only the Ch. 48 bracket, the Bhrigu sutra and the two quoted authorities state the result without a condition.
  • The siblings. Phaladeepika puts Rahu at odds with brothers, and BPHS Ch. 14 Sl. 7-11 include, among their sibling-number combinations, one with Mars joined to Rahu while the 3rd lord is debilitated. That is a combination of three factors, not a rule for Rahu in the 3rd, and this page does not repeat the counts.
  • The lord. Ch. 48 Sl. 2-4 call the 3rd lord's own Dasha unfavourable. A Rahu alone in the 3rd acts, by the agent rule below, for that lord. The bracket in Sl. 18-20 is written for the node's placement, not for the lord it stands in for, and the texts do not say how the two combine.

The 3rd among the three growth houses

Every source above groups the 3rd with the 6th and 11th, but they are not treated identically, and the differences are worth knowing before you lean on the group.

HouseBhrigu Sutras (shared by both nodes)Where BPHS adds a reservation for Rahu
3rdOil seeds; a mark on the neck with a benefic (Sutras 7-8)None found
6thTolerant and very happy, with a harsher clause if the Moon joins (Sutras 14-16)Ch. 44 Sl. 22-24 list the 6th with the 8th and 12th for difficulties in the Dasha, unless a benefic joins or aspects
11thChildren and wealth (Sutras 29-30)Ch. 21 Sl. 11: Rahu with the Sun, Saturn and Mars together in the 11th, a four-planet combination, brings "cessation of his duties"
Bhrigu Sutras Part II Ch. 8, bhrigu-sutras.txt 4373-4376, 4417-4419, 4500-4501; BPHS Ch. 44 Sl. 22-24, Ch. 21 Sl. 11.

So the 3rd is the cleanest of the three: no passage found in BPHS names it against Rahu. The 6th is contested inside BPHS itself, because it is both a growth house and one of the three difficult houses. The 3rd carries no such double label. It is not a kendra either, so the Yoga Karaka rule of Ch. 34 Sl. 17 (a node in a kendra with a kona or kendra lord) does not apply here; the 3rd works for Rahu by the upachaya route, not the kendra one.

Whose agent is it? The rule applied to the 3rd

The Bhrigu Sutras' closing comments (p. 114-115) record "a strong school of thought" that the nodes own no signs and act as agents: first for a planet they are conjoined with; if none, for a planet aspecting them; only when neither, for the lord of the sign they occupy. For a 3rd-house Rahu that order gives three readings:

  1. A planet in the 3rd with Rahu: Rahu delivers mainly that planet's lordships. With Mercury, see the Bhavartha Ratnakara line below.
  2. No planet with it, but one aspecting it: any planet in the 9th (by the 7th aspect), Mars in the 12th or 8th (its 4th and 8th aspects), Jupiter in the 11th or 7th (its 5th and 9th), Saturn in the 1st or 6th (its 3rd and 10th). The engine uses these same special aspects.
  3. Neither: Rahu reads through the 3rd lord, the lord of the sign it occupies, with that lord's Ch. 48 reputation attached.

The same comments give three points from Uttara Kalamrita. Point (1): a node "endowed with strength" gives effects like the planet owning the house it is in or joins. Point (3): the nodes become auspicious in a trikona or kendra, or with the lord of the kendra or kona they occupy, or with any kendra or kona lord. The 3rd is neither, so the first half of (3) cannot help a 3rd-house Rahu; the second half can, if a kendra or trikona lord is in the 3rd with it. Point (2), on the 9th and 10th, is about the other axis and does not touch this placement.

Two books disagree about Rahu's signs and aspects

Jyotisha Siddhanta Sara (pp. 82-83) gives Rahu ownership of Capricorn, exaltation in Taurus and Gemini, debility in Scorpio and Sagittarius, and aspects on the 3rd, 7th and 10th houses from itself, and says that Rahu well placed bestows power and material success. BPHS Ch. 47 gives Aquarius as Rahu's own sign and Ch. 26 Sl. 2-5 give special aspects only to Saturn, Jupiter and Mars, so Rahu has only the 7th aspect that every graha casts.

For a 3rd-house Rahu the difference is concrete. Under BPHS, Rahu in the 3rd aspects only the 9th. Under Jyotisha Siddhanta Sara's scheme it would also aspect the 5th (3rd from the 3rd) and the 12th (10th from the 3rd), reaching children and intelligence, and expenses. This app follows BPHS: one aspect, on the 9th. If you read with the other scheme, two more houses come into play.

Ketu in the 9th: the other end of the axis

From the 3rd, Rahu's aspect lands on the 9th, where Ketu always is. The 9th is the house of fortune and dharma, so the axis runs from effort to fortune. The Bhrigu sutra for the 9th (Sutra 24) is shared too, and unlike the 3rd it is largely unfavourable: childlessness, dependence on others for a living and irreligion are among its clauses. Ketu's own Other Views lines for the 9th are also unkind in Phaladeepika and milder in Chamatkar Chintamani (wealth with outside help). So the same axis puts the node the texts like in the 3rd opposite the node they read harshly in the 9th. The 9th-house side is on Ketu in the 9th house; the reverse arrangement on Rahu in the 9th house.

Both nodes count as malefics in the engine. A graha in the 3rd or 9th is aspected by both, so in the Shad Bala calculator it scores 0 of 3 for aspect if only malefics reach it. In the yogas calculator a benefic on the axis cannot form Adhi or Amala Yoga. Whether the pair of nodes encloses every planet is a separate check in the Kaal Sarp Dosha calculator.

A modern casebook on the 3rd-house Rahu

S. S. Chatterjee's Advanced Predictive Astrology Vol. II (2000) is a modern case-study book, and its lines are one author's collected rules rather than classical text. Four touch this placement.

  • p. 121, item 8 of the auspicious periods: if Rahu is in the 3rd, 6th or 11th from the Lagna or the Moon, the person acquires and enjoys material wealth in its Dasha or Bhukti, and more so when Rahu is aspected by a benefic or a kendra lord. This is the book's version of the classical upachaya rule, with a second count from the Moon and a second qualifying aspect.
  • p. 123, item 10, and p. 159, citing Bhavartha Ratnakara: when Rahu and Mercury are connected and placed in the 3rd, Rahu's Dasha makes one more impatient and fickle-minded; the author adds that Rahu "is afraid of Mercury". BPHS Ch. 55 Sl. 30-33 read Mercury's sub-period in Rahu's Dasha well when Mercury is exalted, in a kendra or the 5th, and strong. The two do not agree, and the older text attaches conditions.
  • p. 124, item 13: a planet in close company with Rahu or Ketu gives poor results in its own Dasha, the closer the worse. For the 3rd that applies to any planet within a few degrees of Rahu there.
  • pp. 317-318, transits: Rahu gives good results when it comes to the 3rd, 6th, 10th or 11th from the Moon, Sun or Ascendant; results are bad when the transiting nodes pass the houses they aspect natally.

How this app reads Rahu in the 3rd

Here the app and the sources part company, and it is better to say so plainly. The engine gives Rahu no dignity; it returns Neutral in every sign. The favourable planet-in-house line on the Kundali page needs an exalted, moolatrikona, own or friendly sign. So even in the 3rd, Rahu gets the testing line: "reckless risk-taking and strained sibling ties under affliction". The favourable line written for this house, "real courage and unconventional success - Rahu does well as a natural malefic in this upachaya house", agrees with the sources but is never shown, because no Rahu can pass the dignity test.

The Mahadasha reading has the same limit. It applies BPHS Ch. 47 Sl. 5-6, which for Rahu can pass only in the 1st house, so a Rahu Mahadasha with Rahu in the 3rd reads testing, with the theme "instability, anxiety and outcomes that don't match the effort put in". The quality label reads neutral. The Ch. 48 bracket, the Ch. 47 Sl. 34-39 list, the sub-period rules and Saravali's benefic-aspect rule are not coded. That is a limit of the app's rule, not a statement about your chart.

In transit the Gochar calculator counts from the natal Moon and marks the 3rd from the Moon as a good position for a natural malefic: Saturn, the Sun, Mars, Rahu and Ketu passing there are shown as favourable, described as gains through direct effort, while Jupiter, Mercury and Venus in the same position are marked indifferent. That matches Chatterjee's transit rule for the 3rd from the Moon. Rahu takes about 18 months to cross a sign.

A worked chart

An illustrative birth, not a real person. We ran the engine for 10 March 1995, 16:30 IST, New Delhi. Leo rises at 1.15 degrees, so Libra is the 3rd. Rahu is at 14.35 Libra in Swati pada 3, in the 3rd house, with no planet beside it; Ketu is in Aries in the 9th. Rahu's dispositor Venus rules the 3rd and the 10th for Leo rising and sits in Capricorn in the 6th. Mars, debilitated and retrograde in Cancer in the 12th, aspects the 3rd by its 4th-house aspect; Ketu aspects it from the 9th. The Sun, Mercury and Saturn are in Aquarius in the 7th, Jupiter in Scorpio in the 4th, the Moon in Gemini in the 11th.

  • Placement line: Neutral, favourable false, the 3rd-house testing sentence.
  • Mahadasha line: testing; quality neutral.
  • Dates: the Moon is in Ardra, so the chart begins in Rahu's Mahadasha, with the balance to 2 December 2012.
  • Kaal Sarp: not present.

Checked by hand against the texts. The house meets the Ch. 48 bracket and the Bhrigu, Phaladeepika and Chamatkar Chintamani readings. The benefic conditions of Saravali Ch. 12 and BPHS Ch. 47 are not met: only Mars and Ketu reach Rahu, and Libra, a Venus sign, is the only benefic element. Ch. 55 Sl. 1-4 fail on the sign, since Libra is not Cancer, Scorpio, Virgo or Sagittarius. By the agent rule, with nothing conjoined, Rahu acts first for Mars, its aspecting planet, which rules the 4th and 9th for Leo rising: a trikona lord, though debilitated. Rahu's dispositor is in the 6th, which weighs against it under Ch. 34 Sl. 16. Counted from the Moon in Gemini, Rahu in Libra is in the 5th, so Chatterjee's Moon count adds nothing. At 14.35 degrees Rahu is in the middle third, so the reversed decanate rule gives the middle of the period. The sources' best house, then, with most of the conditions unmet.

Checking Rahu in your own 3rd house

  1. Cast the chart in the birth chart calculator with an exact time and confirm Rahu's house; a missing birth time can move it.
  2. Note which grahas join or aspect Rahu. A benefic meets the condition in Saravali, BPHS Ch. 47 and Chatterjee.
  3. Note the sign, and check it against the Lagna table above for the Ch. 55, 57 and 58 sign rules.
  4. Find the 3rd lord, Rahu's dispositor, and note its house and company.
  5. Count Rahu from the Moon as well. The 3rd, 6th or 11th from the Moon is the second count Chatterjee uses.
  6. Check whether Mercury joins Rahu; that is the Bhavartha Ratnakara case.
Is Rahu in the 3rd house good?
It is the placement the quoted sources read best, together with the 6th and 11th. Most of them attach a condition: a benefic aspect or association, a benefic sign, or for one sub-period rule a particular sign.
Why does the app show a testing line if the texts agree?
The app's favourable line needs a dignity the engine never gives Rahu. The upachaya rule is written into the favourable line but cannot be reached. It is a known limit of the app's rule.
What does the Bhrigu sutra say, exactly?
Sutras 7-8 give abundance of oil seeds, and a mark on the neck if the node is with a benefic. The same sutra is given for Ketu in the 3rd; the Bhrigu Sutras do not separate the nodes.
What about siblings?
Phaladeepika, as the Bhrigu Sutras quote it, puts the person on bad terms with brothers. BPHS Ch. 14 Sl. 7-11 have a sibling combination involving Rahu with Mars and a debilitated 3rd lord. This page does not repeat the sibling counts.
What is the Ch. 48 exception?
BPHS Ch. 48 Sl. 18-20 say Dashas of grahas in the 3rd, 6th and 11th prove unfavourable, then add in a bracket that Rahu and Ketu give favourable results there.
Does Saravali say anything about Rahu in the 3rd?
Not in its house chapter (Ch. 30), which has no node verses. Ch. 12 Sl. 3-5 say Rahu in the 3rd, 6th or 11th aspected by benefics destroys the evils of a birth.
Does Ketu in the 9th matter?
It is always opposite and the two aspect each other. See Ketu in the 9th house.
Are the 6th and 11th the same?
They are grouped with the 3rd in every source here, with differences. See Rahu in the 6th house and Rahu in the 11th house.
